AORR member invited as a guest-lecturer by the National Defense University “Carol I”
Through Col. (r) Crăişor-Constantin IONIŢĂ, PhD, the Romanian Reserve Officers Association (AORR) continues to support the Crisis Management and Multinational Operations Department (CMMOD) of the National Defense University “Carol I”.
The officer was invited as a guest-lecturer in the NATO Staff Officer Orientation Course (NSOC), which is a NATO-accredited 2-week course that ran from 24 June to 5 July 2019. The course had 32 participants (20 Romanian officers and civilian servants and 12 foreigners) from 11 countries (Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Northern Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Tunisia and Ukraine).
Col. Ioniţă’s presentations referred to the organization of the Alliance for Crisis Management as well as the NATO process of planning operations, both of which were highly appreciated by the students, through the attention they had and numerous questions addressed to the guest-lecturer.
Col (r) Crăişor-Constantin IONIŢĂ was invited to participate in the following courses organized by this Department.
